Do I need to register my children separately? 

Yes, children between the ages of 5 and 18 will need their own profile and complete the registration form separately.

Due to legal requirements, we need a signed waiver for each participant. If someone is under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign for them. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to offer the option to register an entire family at once, as each individual waiver must be signed.

How do I register my child if they don’t have an email address?

There are a few alternatives to register your child if they do not have their own email address.

  1. Use another email address that you already have created.
  2. Gmail, Hotmail & Outlook Users – There is a ‘plus addressing’ feature where you can add a “+” and a word to your existing email address (e.g., youraddress+child1@gmail.com), and any emails will be redirected to your inbox without having to create a new account.

Follow the prompts as you did when you registered yourself.

How do I create a new team?

  1. Once you have completed your registration, navigate to your account’s dashboard
  2. Select the ‘My Team’ button
  3. On the My Team page, switch to the ‘Create A New Team’ tab
  4. Complete the form
  5. Select ‘Create Team’
  6. Share the team name with your teammates!

How do I join an existing team? 

  1. Once you have completed your registration, navigate to your account’s dashboard
  2. Select the ‘My Team’ button
  3. On the My Team page, use the  ‘—Select A Team—‘ drop down menu to view all created teams. 
  4. Select the team you wish to join
  5. Select ‘Join Team’
  6. In the pop-up box, select ‘Update My Team’
