The chip-timed 5k running course will include 3 laps around the Arlington Reservoir on an even, sandstone path, plus a small jaunt around the Rindge Park field. Runners will start at 10 am. Bib numbers will be seeded based on estimated time. Walkers will start at 10:15 am and will complete 2 laps around the Reservoir.
The top three finishers in each age category will receive medals. Age categories include:
- 13 and under
- 14-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
The race will happen rain or shine but the course may change depending on weather conditions.
While we love animals, please leave your pets at home for this race.
Parking
Parking will be available on nearby streets as well as at Hurd Field, 25 Drake Rd.
Bib Pick-up
There will be two opportunities for you to pick up your bib:
- Saturday, November 2 from 2-5 pm at Arlington EATS at 117 Broadway
- Sunday, November 3 from 8-9:30 am at Arlington Reservoir parking lot at 210 Lowell St.
Post Race Party
Following the race, there will be post-race festivities which include refreshments and music. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Arlington EATS, supporting our mission to engage the community in eliminating food insecurity and hunger in Arlington.
